I am confused between canda or us as ism 29 years old now.coz, further canada PR process after my masters still has age

I am confused between canda or us as ism 29 years old now.coz, further canada PR process after my masters still has age criteria.if i go by 2024 sprint intake, i will be 32 and need to get work permit(hard ro get jobs in canada?) And then wait for PR
But US has no guarantee of getting H1 as I am into manual testing currently as that exp wont helo me much. Can anyone suggest which coubtry to choose?
