How tough is it to secure a F1 visa for a 9 years IT experience guy??

Hi , I'm a working as a Database Architect currently, tried many ways to make into US but didn't happen, so finally made a decision to give a attempt on GRE and TOEFL and secured decent enough scores 316 and 109 respectively.
What do you think do I make a strong case at the Visa interview??
