I am working professional as a post silicon validation engineer with experience of 3 years.
Looking for a good grad school in the USA  join for MS in VLSI systems. 
Having Btech CGPA of 8.82

I dont have a clue about US but I do know that applications start a year prior to the starting of first semester in US. You have very little time to complete gre and ielts if you want to take admission for next year, a counselor will prolly help you with all the details i guess
