I'm getting pretty high SAT and IELTS recently scores. And I have buch of EC like student council, community services etc etc! Please suggest me how should I start for it !

An Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dentistry might be easier to get into. But be prepared to spend upwards of 60K a year. If money is not a concern, come to NYU. Scholarships are limited.
