First of all I want to congratulate you on receiving the admits. Both of them are really good universities.

University of Kansas is one of the only 64 American universities in Association of American Universities (AAU) and they get a lot of funding for their research from AAU. According to the USNEWS CS Rankings 2022, It's ranked 91 whereas University of Missouri Columbia is ranked 102. University of Missouri too is equally competent with University of Kansas considering its academic and faculty reputation. So, It's upto you based on the suggestions provided here, you can opt for any university of your choice.
