As i assume u are talking about applying for fall 2018, i would say start contacting their professors  soon and if they like your profile, and contact you, you would get admit within a month. As far as gre is concerned,it would depend on the score of other applicants. Their minimum requirements-TOEFL>89, ACAD>73(last 2 years), rest all depends on how better your profile is in comparison to other applicants. But if you opt for non thesis option(industry), then you would not be required to contact any supervisor and the committee  would make a decision and provide you a supervisor.
