Hello Arun,

Congratulations on your offer! Once you receive the unconditional letter you will be required to pay a deposit to the university ( amount will be specified in your offer letter). As your deposit payment would be done, the university will release CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) letter using which you can apply for Visa. Time can be saved if you get your financials in order while you wait for CAS.
