Hello all, I'm looking better medium level Universities for ms in CS

I'm also looking for universities which provides scholarship, assistantship .

2022 graduate
Cgpa:8.3
Have internship experience from 3 companies and also full time experience from two companies.
Will give toffel 100+ is expected.

I have one more doubt is gre required these days?

Can you guys suggest me some universities which is best for CS and get good placements and also the one which i can afford.
