Fall 2024 Aim, decided UT Austin as a first choice

By 2024, I am going have 2 years of Full time experience and 17 months of intern/part time experience with 2 good projects and 2 decent research papers. Primary focus of learning computer networks and operating systems. Wanted to know how are my chances of getting into UT Austin? If not favourable wanted to know which other universities suit my profile. Expecting some feed back from the people who have already went through this process since I am a complete beginner to all this
