ECE to CS (for MS)

Hi Team, can I ask how has the experience been for the students with ece background in ug who ended up working in cs fields currently when they tried to go for masters in cs in germany? I have seen requirements for some universities which mandate a cs ug degree, but has this sort of track change worked out for anyone in any top public german unis?
