Does the college matter for MBA?

Does it matter which college I do my management course from in order to get a good job/ package ?

College reputation is of the main priority for a management college, Unlike Engineering courses like CSE where it usually depends on you to learn new languages and be Proficient in data structures etc , which could be done by learning online and could help you land a Job if you clear the interview irrespective of college Reputation.
However in a Good MBA you'd get to work on real case studies and from what i heard in colleges like Columbia, You get to collaborate with actual start-ups and help them in growth and Marketing as part of your curriculum. Getting into management jobs is all about your networks and Leadership skills , Nurturing that which will be of prime importance in a good college. Being part of Good MBA college will also lead you to meet global leaders. You can just check into Fortune 500 CEO's or CMO's and Majority of them Hold MBA degrees from Top Business schools of their countries.
