Does Pune University send documents directly for WES evaluation. I want to know the procedure. Can anyone tell the steps

Hi,
I got a WES evaluation back in 2020 and completed my bachelor's from Pune university. In 2020, the required facility was not available. Today, I am not sure if the facility of sending the documents directly to WES is available or not. But I think it is still not available. But it's better to call the Pune university office number and ask. If it's not available, then 
1. You can get the transcripts from Pune university(do not open the sealed envelop) 
2. Print the label of the WES mailing address, Insert the transcript envelope inside another bigger envelope, seal the new envelope using a Pune university seal and mail it from Pune university post office.
