Delhi University CBCS grading scheme

Hello everyone! I have applied to a few universities for fall 2022 session. Out of which, MTU is asking to upload transcripts with grading scheme. However, I am not able to find any relevant document on DU's website. I would be really grateful of anyone of you can help me in getting Delhi University CBCS grading criteria that was there in 2016-2019. They have made some changes after 2019 but I need the grading scheme that was there during my studies. TIA
