Currently working in IT industry and having 12 years of experience. Planning for MS in US is is a good idea?

Need you help and inputs. I am planning for MS in USA and need your inputs. Currently working in IT industry with 12 Years of experience.
From last 2-3 months I was thinking about doing MS in USA, is it a good idea?
