Credit Report with no prior Credit History

I am applying for a loan at Prodigy Finance, and they are asking for a credit report, preferably from Experian. I do not have a credit history and hence, unable to download it directly from their website. I have droppen in an email to their Consumer Services as well.

Does anyone have any idea as to how much time it takes, or what the exact process is, to obtain a credit report in such cases?
