could anyone please let me know if i have any chances of getting admitted into decent universities

could anyone please let me know if i have any chances of getting admitted into decent universities in usa with this profile :
10th cbse board : 9.2
12th ssc board : 92%
btech - IT from jntuh : 54.11%(10+ backlog history)
I havent yet appeared for gre and ielts but started preparing but a consultancy i visited saith that with this profile( btech %) i wont be getting into any universities in usa so im very scared right now. Please provide any information or suggestions.
