Checking eligibility

Hi, i want to apply for spring 24(data science m.s)
TOEFL 91
Gre 146verbal 145 quant
B.tech 66% (ece) had a lot of backlogs that i cleared in final year.
Work experience 1.5 years as associate software engineer.
Do i have any chances of getting admits ,if so, can anyone suggest Universities that i can apply for with such scores!? #admissions
