Change in university for 2nd Visa attempt.

Question

I've had my visa rejection recently and I don't have any other university i20's right now.
Is it okay if I go with the same university for my 2nd visa attempt or change in university would help me get the visa?

Yes, 
Take a judgment call - if you think that the visa officer didn't have a problem with the university then its fine otherwise change the university. In general, It is fine to go to the same university as long as you don't make the same mistakes as the last time. Don't give vague answers. Be confident and to the point.
