  I have done B.tech in mechanical  
  CGPA 8.96  
  I have 1 year IT experience  
  Ielts 7  
  No GRE  
  I decided on this universities  
  University of maryland baltimore county - data science  
  University of central Missouri - CS And information systems  
  san Jose state university - data science  
  Central michigan university - Information Systems  
  University of south florida - IT

Hi Mohammed,

The universities that you have selected are really good and you stand a fair chance to get into few of them. There is no any prior requirement to get into data science or IS. Any undergrad from any course can get into it (Some universities may give some prerequisites), but its really good to have a profile that inclines towards it, so as to boost up your chances of getting admitted into them.

UMBC, USF, SJSU are really very competitive. Start building your CV by doing some projects and doing some certification courses on platforms like Coursera. They can add a high weight to your profile.
