Is it worth applying to the Uni of Alberta for MS in CS bcoz I have observed many mass rejects? So should I apply or not?

Yes, MS in CS is absolutely worth to do in UofA. It has great reputation, and they focus more on SOP and LOR.
Your chances of getting into the University of Alberta will depend on your profile. University recommends international applicants to take GRE General Test. No score requirements have been specified, so try to score above 315. TOEFL iBT score of 90 or above with a minimum of 21 points in each section is required. To improve your chances of getting admission, you'll have to apply with a well-crafted application.
