Please let me know my safe mod and amb options for college selection

Am planning to write GRE again ... i have 2 options 1. 16th November 
2. 21st November

I would prefer 21st, but will i have enough time to apply with the latest scores?

If your deadlines are after 15 the December, I think you'll have time with 21st November date. You can confirm with the universities if there are willing to accept the official scores a few days after the deadline.
