Northeastern is one of the best unis for CS/IS related courses due to its location, Co-Op and high research output. Stevens is also equally well reputed in the country, with a lot of its alumnus finding job offers soon after graduation as well. I think you can make a decision between the two based on the cost factors here.

Its clearly visible that NEU is much cheaper than Stevens, so Its a better idea to join there than SIT, even with the scholarship the cost of living is still high enough!
