Students can apply for the scholarship provided by the Agenzia Regionale Diritto allo Studio Universitario – DSU is the agency for the University Study Right of the Tuscany Regional Council (Regione Toscana).

The DSU Toscana scholarship is a benefit that entitles winners to a monetary amount that varies according to their financial situation and whether they are a resident, commuter, or non-resident student (the latter being determined by their location and the public transportation travel time required to reach the course location).

The call is promoted as part of Giovanisì, the Tuscany Region's project for youth autonomy, and is co-financed by the Tuscany Regional Programme ESF+ 2021-2027.

Scholarship winners and eligible students who are not successful have free access to DSU Toscana's catering services and, if they are away from home and have requested it, are entitled to accommodation (subject to the Company's availability). This is free for successful students and €250 per month for eligible students who are not successful. Successful students and eligible students who are not successful are also exempt from the regional tax for the right to university education.
