CDE Global Fellowship Eligibility Criteria
The CDE Global Fellowship Programme is open to all outstanding applicants who demonstrate:
- Academic excellence
- Leadership qualities
- A good track record in community and societal service
Applications to any master’s coursework programme offered by the following programme hosts of CDE are eligible.
- Department of the Built Environment
- Department of Biomedical Engineering
- Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering
- Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering
- Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering
- Division of Industrial Design
- Department of Industrial Systems Engineering & Management
- Department of Materials Science & Engineering
- Department of Mechanical Engineering
- Engineering Design and Innovation Centre
Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview.
How to Apply for CDE Global Fellowship
Complete your application to the relevant master’s programme, including submission of the application and payment of the application fee.
Indicate your interest in the fellowship under the Application Checklist page - "Supplementary Materials Checklist" section.
Upload your CV and provide a YouTube or Bilibili video link (maximum 3 minutes) explaining why you should be selected for the fellowship.
Notes
- Application period: 1 October 2025 to 28 February 2026 for Aug 2026 intake
- For those who have applied for the master's programme, log in to GDA3 system and provide additional information.
