Which university is better

I have got admitted for
1)MSBA program at Seattle university
2)Data analytics engineering,MS at George Mason University

Seattle University (https://yocket.com/universities/seattle-university-2778 ) is ranked #127 in National Universities and George Mason University (https://yocket.com/universities/george-mason-university-915 ) is ranked #148 in National Universities. By overall ranks they are quite close and not very different.
But the major differences come in both name of the Business school of Seattle uni, and its high cost of education. #1 MSBA program in the Northwest region, #2 on the West Coast, and #19 in the nation as per the USNR (numbers reported as mentioned on the website). They have a 100% placement record as well so there is no issue of finding jobs graduating from here. The only major drawback is the high cost of education. If you can afford that then Seattle uni is the one you should go to. You can check the link I provided to check out average living and tuition fees.
If you are tight on budget, then GMU is your better choice, of course it doesn't rank like Seattle U, but at least you wont burn a hole in your pocket! GMU is quite popular for Indian students to pursue their masters in so it is a great option in that sense.
