I want to pursue MS in Electrical Engineering (tech) in the US.
Intake: Spring 2023

SSC: 84% (2008)
FSc: 82% (2010)
BSc Electrical Engineering: 3.135/4 or 7.84/10 (UET , 2010-2014)
Experience: 6+ years of experience in Utility/Facility Services at different companies in the private sector.
Publication: No
IELTS: Overall 6.5 (L 6.0, R 8.0, W 6.5, S 5.5)
GRE: No
Shortlisted universities: 1- Texas Tech University
Kindly suggest some more safe, moderate and ambitious state universities (affordable) which give admission with above profile.
