University recommendations for MS in CS in USA/Canada

Question

CGPA - 9.55/10 in ECE from WBUT  
  GRE - 315 (152V, 163Q, 3.5 AWA)  
  TOEFL - 102  
  Work exp - 3 years as a Software Engineer (Currently at Accenture)  
  No research exp or internships  
    
  As I am switching majors, please mention some universities that allow us to do so.

While switching majors, it is important to remember to add your projects/work experiences which boosts your knowledge in the new domain in your SOP. As you have that in your work experience, explain few roles you played in your company during your time there and which sparked your interest for masters.
