University of Georgia or Georgia State University? So I'm confused about which university to apply

University of Georgia or Georgia State University?
So I'm confused about which university to apply to. On one hand, UGA has a higher ranking and is away from the city(preferred by me) while I have seen on Yocket that a huge number of students prefer GSU over UGA. I can not apply to both universities. So according to you, which university is better?
