Shortlisting Universities

Hi!
I'm Planning to do my MSCS in USA for Fall 2023.

I need help in shortlisting Universities and I need to know whether the ones I picked are good enough or too Ambitious for my choice.

My Profile:
CGPA: 8.72
in ECE
in a Tier-1 College called "NIE" in Mysore.
0 Research Papers,
Yet to write GRE/TOEFL (Hoping to get 320+/100+)
close to 18 months of Work experience as Software Developer
In a high paying networking Company,

My uni list is:
UCSD
USC
NEU
NYU
UC Davis
UTD
Boston Uni
