SDS vs Non SDS for Study Permit 2022 (Fall 2022 intake)

As per IRCC website, SDS takes about 20 days of processing time, and has a lower rejection rate than non SDS.

I was ready with all the requirements for applying via SDS stream. However, I heard that right now (June 2022), non SDS applications are getting their visa process withing 1-2 weeks, while SDS has a huge backlog.

Is this true, has anyone had experience on this? #masters #Canada #studypermit #sds #visa
