Regarding PGWP in Canadian College @St Lawrence (Vancouver,BC).

Hey everyone I'm from India looking forward to apply for Post Graduate Diploma Course in Canadian College @St Lawrence (Vancouver). Since Canadian is a private college who has an alliance with St Lawrence (Ontario). I'm concerned about my Post Graduate Work Permit. Canadian college itself is not eligible for post graduate work permit but it has St Lawrence Curriculum to get it. Should I apply or not?

Best university for me at 329 GRE (167Q, 162V), 8.44 GPA?

Hello! I'm currently in the 7th semester of my Computer Engineer degree (Bachelor) with a GPA of 8.44. I have 1 research paper, plenty of projects, internships, and freelancing experience too. I scored 329 on GRE(167Q, 162V). What would be the best university for me? I am personally aiming for UCLA, but the CGPA requirements seem quite high.
