Please suggest me universities in USA for MS CS.

Hi guys, I am a 2022 passed out Computer science engineer from a tier 3 university .I have 8.65 cgpa out of 10. I converted my score using scholaro report and got an equivalent gpa of 3.68 on a 4 scale. I recently gave gre and my score is 170 Q and 162 V. I am targeting for Fall 2025 for MS Computer science with specialisation in AI. I have 3 research publications in some not well known International Journals. Till date I have 2 years of solid work experience as working as a Developer in a small company (Startup like culture [Headcount 80 people]) I am currently working as an AI engineer like Gen AI, Open AI Gpt , llms and building AI end to end solutions for our clients. I am yet to take IELTS and i am targeting a band of 7.5 or 8. Kindly suggest me Ambitious , Moderate and Safe Universities in USA and tips to pitch in my SOP and LOR’S .
