Give it again. A lot of colleges are waiving the GRE requirement for MSCS so I don't know if you even need it anymore (I'd advice giving it, personal opinion), but if you're going to submit your GRE score then I say you retake it. If your GPA is that high but your GRE is contrasting, it sends a weird message in my opinion. A strong GRE (say around 320) coupled with your 9.5 would show you off as a good candidate, especially if you're from a tier 2 or tier 3 college (I didn't look at your profile I have no idea).

But also, please only do it if you're confident about getting a good score. Giving the GRE is expensive and there's no reason to throw a few hundred dollars down the drain if you aren't confident about it.
