Masters in Robotics or Masters in Electrical with specialization in Robotics and Autonomy?

Hi guys, I have a confusion regarding the following things, please let me know your opinion 1. Shall I pursue a degree of Masters in Robotics or Masters in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Robotics and Autonomy? Which one would provide me with better job opportunities, once I graduate? 2. Does anybody know about the placement scenario of Robotics Industry in America? 3. Is it better to pursue a degree with title Master of Science or Master of Engineering? I had read that, one cannot pursue a PhD degree after completing a Master of Engineering degree.
