Your admissions depend on a lot of different factors. 
One thing you can do is, go to your target uni website and check the requirements. This will give you the exact minimum eligibility criteria.

Also please take into account things like IELTS/ACT/SAT, etc. Your profile consisting of SOP and LORs will also mater.

Apart from your cgpa, your overall profile will be evaluated. you need to focus on other documents like sop and lor.
