I want to do my undergraduation in computer science abroad. I cannot afford high fee . I am only 17 .

I am a 12 th completed student from India. I want do my undergraduation in computer science abroad. I cannot afford high fee. I have got 99 percentage in my 10th and 83 percentage in 12th . I am just 17 . What countries should I prefer to.
