I see a pattern that if you score around 310-315 , students apply to ASU, UTD, NEU, Sunny Buffalo, UCD
if 320-325 : TAMU, USC, CMU, UCD, UCI, UMA, UCSD, 
if 330+ : UCB, UCSB, Wisconsin, Michigan etc..
I just like to know ,by following the trend, are we missing some very good University? if you know please name it.

@kavikalidasa I am just saying that people are just following trends and in that they are missing the good university that they can  achieve , and have more chance of getting TA or RA as well

Of course... And actually no ome cares about marks.. I am in Northwestern now.. I had only 310 in GRE.. Average score of class  without me is 322/323..so just apply

@Leotheking I do not agree with this. there are few universities which do not care about gre.

@kavikalidasa Can you name some universities that do not filter students based on GRE? 
I have a below average score in GRE as I took it without a good preparation. But I do have a good research profile and published research activities.

Man this has become such a myth nowadays. Selection depends on ur whole package. Everything especially the sop speaks about u and if they like u they take u in.
