I have admits from USC, UCLA and University of Wisconsin Madison PMP for MSCS (Masters in CS) without any funding. Which one should I choose based on financial constraints and future career prospects? Both UCLA and Wisconsin are top ranked and this seems to be a dilemma.

Tough call, but if financial constraint is an issue then go for Wisconsin Madison. Though USC and UCLA are near to silicon valley ,if you perform well in uwm you ,'ll be picked up by top companies.

I agree with Dheemanth. I'm really not the best person to give you an advice regarding the universities but I can speak for the cost of living in LA. The city will drain your wallet like a running tap. I don't think it's worth living two years if you have financial constraints. At the end of the day, you need to be relaxed instead of thinking about other expenses on a shoestring budget.
