I have admits for MS CS from Virginia Tech and NCSU. Which one should be preferred? NCSU has a good

I have admits for MS CS from Virginia Tech and NCSU. Which one should be preferred?
NCSU has a good location with the RTP close by, whereas VT is slightly higher ranked, cheaper, has a smaller class size, and has good chance of funding in later semesters. Courses wise nothing particularly stands out to put one over the other.
Any ideas?
