I have 2.79 GPA IN BACHELORS. Can i get into a decent university in USA. Please mention universities which accepts applicants with lower GPA.

I have recently completed my bachelors in Civil Engineering and i’m intended to apply for Masters in Civil Engineering from Ohio state University. My bachelors CGPA is 2.79. I have gained technical knowledge related to my field and i have a professional field experience of 1 year. Recently i have Published 1 research paper in an international journal. My ielts band is 7.0 overall.

I’m concerned about the GPA criteria. It doesn’t accept students application with lower GPA than 3.0.
