Forget NJIT. Cost of living is a bit high in Maryland. But it's a better university compared to Buffalo. 
However I still recommend you to go to Buffalo as they provide better job opportunity after graduation.

From what I know, the value of college is good as compare to other two.. and it is in the proximity of NY.. so jobs and interns are completely up to you..
