How to write an email as an international student that may result in a quick response?

If you are an international applicant, you might have to correspond with the university authorities to check if your test scores have been reached or to check the enrollment date or any other issue. I myself have been an international applicant for the master’s program in computer science and have tried many ways to get an application problem solved with the least amount of emails required to correspond with the university authorities.

A university that accepts international students for an undergraduate or a graduate degree tends to get tons of emails about inquiries and application doubts. This results in the university responding to your email at an average of 2-4 business days. Also, go through the university's FAQ. The university tries its best to add new answers every year to the frequently asked questions in the FAQ section. So, there is a possibility that your solution might be in this section. Here is a sample template of an email that I have tried and tested to get my application issue fixed in a single correspondence.

Email template:

Subject: Undergraduate/Graduate issue_name [Example:application payment issue] with respect to application id ABC

Hello,
My name is first_name middle_name last_name. I am an international applicant with a permanent residency in county_name applying for the full_program_name_in bold [Example: fall 2022 master of science - computer science program]
Personal details if required:
First name: first_name_in_bold
Middle name: middle_name_in_bold
Last name: last_name_in_bold
Birthdate: birthdate_in bold [Example: 11th January 2022][DO NOT write your birthdate in a DD/MM/YY or MM/DD/YY form]
Application ID: your_application_id_in_bold

Issue:
Expain_issue_in_detail (attachment provided below).[IMPORTANT-Add screenshots with highlighted sections in green for correction or red for a mistake wherever possible, write appropriate file names to the screenshots]
I am writing this email to get the necessary steps to your_issue_objective. [Example: pay the balance amount for the application]

If I can be of any more assistance, please reach out to me.
Looking forward to your reply on the steps to proceed further to pay the balance amount,
Regards,
