Hi, need University suggestions for MS in CS USA

BTech ECE - 8.6
Research papers - 2 (related to EC)
Projects - 3 ML projects and 2 ece projects. Got funding of 9k from state govt for final project related to ECE
Internship - 1 month at BEL during UG
Work experience - 1.2 years in TCS and continuing as software developer
GRE - 299(145V, 154Q) unofficial
IELTS - yet to give

Please rate my chances for following universities:
