Question

Which colleges and for which course should I apply for pursuing masters in computer science based on my profile .

Also my B.Tech branch was from ECE so is there any problem in applying to masters from computer science .Though I have experience in Software through out .

Since you already have good Amount of Work Experience and Percentage, You can Apply to Software Engineering than CS due To Heavy Competition and Software Engineering course Job outcome is almost same as opposed to CSE (unless you are into Research) and You'd get a really good college for SE than What you'd Get For CSE, Do look into the Coursework!. Like you can get into Tier - 1 for SE and maybe Tier 1-2 Uni for CS
