as far as I know, Rutgers has good reputation(better than Stevens and asu) and it will be very easy for you to fetch a job from there. I have also applied in Rutgers but for mqf

I got a mail from Rutgers where it was mentioned incomplete application and they have given me time till Feb3 to complete it . when I called them they said I have to submit official copy of transcript . Now done and waiting

Also, my decision page says No Decision and I think earlier it said In Review. Can you guys confirm what is the default decision status?
