I have the following admits for MS in CS:

Washington State University ,Pullman MS In CS Non thesis

Indiana University, Bloomington MS In CS with 1K scholarship 

Waiting for UFL and SUNY B(wait listed) for MS in CS.

In case I get UFL and SUNY B admits which one should I select? I want overall less expenses with part time. 

As far as I know UFL has very less part times compared to IUB( it has in abundance) and fess is also more and coursework of both of them is similar. 

Which one would you suggest?

Yes.
I asked seniors, and I found out the coursework to be similar. 
I followed the USnews Ranking and the difference is just of 2 positions. 

The cons of UFL over IUB are of tuition fees and no(very less) part time.

Ufl is higher ranked and slightly more reputed. That said I advise u to have a look at the courses and consult seniors before making a final decision
