Got a low score than expected in GRE...Do I stand a chance to get any good college for MS in CS In USA?

IELTS-7.5(L-8,S-7.5,W-7,W-7) Work Experience- Currently having 2.9 years in IT as a developer...
Graduation - BE Electrical with 64.4% Pune University (No backlogs)
I am planning to apply for Fall'18...Please advice...
