Here is my background

Bachelor's degree - mechanical engineering
CGPA - 7.35/10
IELTS - overall 6.5 no less than 6
Work experience - 2 year as a project engineer

GRE- not given yet 
Targeted course - industrial and mechanical     engineering - MS

Please suggest me better University as per my profile

You have a decent profile. But as the number of applications for every intake is significantly increasing, it is advisable to add one more edge to your profile with your GRE score.
