Guys, can you please suggest moderate & safe universities based on my profile? Moreover, is Stony Brook MS CS possible?

Profile:
Undergraduate in CSE, IIITN with no backlogs
CGPA=7.93 (This is something which I'm worried about but can't change now)
Haven't given GRE or TOEFL yet
Work Ex: 1.8 Years Full time, 6 moths internship
Extracurricular: Hosted some college events, college tech fest team head, Part of various college sports teams
Relevant projects: 4-5
1. Need help regarding my safe and moderate universities.
2. Apart from that Guys is Stony Brook MS CS possible for me ? That's my dream university ?
3. Also, can someone suggest how can I improve my overall profile so that I can make it to specifically SBU MS CS or any other such good university?
I'm ready to put in all the efforts required.
