work experince- 1year in IT (SAP functional consultant)

ilets- 6.5

I have done engineer in mechanical branch with 63%.

10th %- 56
12th %- 71

I am thinking to go for MS in MIS.
Not have time to take GRE again.

Any suggestions please.
do I get any decent University , ?
